Pete walking on a country road before dawn
Ten founding places

Eight weeks
to get your
days back.

The job's fine. The money's fine. Nobody's worried about you. And there's still the thing you do at the end of the day you'd rather nobody knew the size of. This is eight weeks of structure to put something else there.

Take a place / £247

Not rock bottom. Just further down the road than anyone around you knows.

It's quarter to seven and you're still sat in the car outside your own house. Nothing's wrong. You just know that the second you walk in, the evening starts - and there's nothing in it that's yours.

Does this sound familiar?

What's going on inside

  • You're exhausted but you can't switch off
  • You know what you should be doing. You're just not doing it
  • You're in the house but not really in the room
  • Asking for help feels like weakness
  • You've tried before. It hasn't stuck. And that makes starting again harder

What it looks like on the outside

  • Good job, good income, good house - all the markers of success
  • A drink at the end of the day that started as one and became a habit
  • Kids growing up faster than you're showing up
  • A social circle who sees you as the one who has it together
  • A life that happened to you more than you chose it

You don't need more information. You need a structure that holds when the week goes sideways, and someone who gives a damn whether you stick to it.

What it is

Eight weeks.
One thing at a time.

Not a plan you get emailed and then left with. Eight weeks of coaching with me, built round the week you've actually got - the job, the travel, the family, the bit you don't talk about.

One focus a week. You don't change everything on Monday, because that's what you've tried six times and it's why it lasted nine days. You change one thing, it holds, then you add the next one on top of it.

Everything runs through one app. Your plan, your food, your check-ins and your messages to me all sit in the same place. MyPTHub.

IT WORKED ON ME FIRST

THE FIRST 24 MONTHS

"That's me. Same eight weeks of structure, run for a lot longer."

April 2021 I couldn't run a mile. Twenty months later the scales had moved 5kg - what changed wasn't the weight, it was what the weight was made of. Twenty four months after that first photo I ran Manchester in 3 hours 54. Done with a coach, because I couldn't have done it on my own.

The eight weeks

One focus a week.

They stack. Each one sits on the one before it, which is why the order isn't negotiable.

MindsetLifeFitnessNutrition

Week 01

The Audit

We map your actual life first. No changes yet. An honest baseline of where your time and energy really go, because you can't rebuild a structure until you've seen the one you're living in.

Week 02

The Morning

The morning that sets up the day. Simple and non-negotiable. Get this right and everything downstream gets easier - including the evening.

Week 03

The Body

A way to train that fits your real schedule. Minimum three sessions. Not six. Something you'll still be doing in six months.

Week 04

The Fuel

Your calories and macros, set by me from your numbers. Nothing banned. Your plan gets rebuilt this week off what you've actually done so far.

Week 05

The Evening

The wind-down that protects your sleep, and the hour where it usually goes wrong. The morning starts the night before.

Week 06

The Slip

You will miss days. Every man does. This is the week we build the recovery, because one missed day is a missed day and three is a decision.

Week 07

The People

Being in the room, not just the house. The people at home clocking you're back before you say a word.

Week 08

The Identity

Consolidation. By now it isn't a programme you're following, it's how you do things. This is the week it stops being effort.

What's in it

What you actually get.

A training plan built round your week

Minimum three structured sessions. Built for the days you'll genuinely commit to, with the kit you've got. 45 to 60 minutes, video demo on every movement.

Food set to your numbers

Calories and macros set for you personally after onboarding. Nothing banned, nothing cut out.

A weekly check-in that gets read

You send it every Thursday. You get a written reply from me. Every week, not just the good ones.

Four daily habits, tracked

Logged in the app every day, including the days you're not training. This is what holds the week together.

An onboarding call in week one

Forty five minutes. We agree what you're actually here for and write it down.

Direct messaging, Monday to Friday

For what comes up between check-ins. You send it, you get an answer.

The private group

You can sit in it and never post a word. No introductions, nobody makes you speak.

The 7pm Protocol

For the hour where it goes wrong. Except it doesn't start at 7pm - the lever is at the other end of the day, and this shows you where to put it.

What it isn't

This is eight weeks, one focus at a time, and then it stops. It isn't a full rebuild of everything at once and it doesn't pretend to be. If you want the deeper version with the whole method behind it, that exists and we can talk about it - but not while you're on this.

Proof

A man who's done it.

Real client, used with permission. There'll be ten more of these after this round, which is exactly what the founding places are for.

Chris

Chris, 47

Works in Spain, bar work

Came in with

No structure or daily routine. Random sleeping patterns, low energy, poor nutrition.

What changed

  • A consistent time to start the day, every day
  • 10k steps
  • Home workouts he could do any time, or split over the day in 20-minute gaps
  • A simple meal plan that gave his body what it needs

"I've lived a pretty chaotic life. Things like a set time to start the day sound so basic - but that's what gave me routine."

Who's coaching you

Pete Scholey.

It started with a walk.

I was at my worst and I messaged a coach I'd spoken to before. He rang me straight back, and after we'd talked he told me one thing. Tomorrow morning, go for a walk before you do anything else.

That was it. That was the whole instruction.

An hour, out of the door, before anyone else in the house was awake.

The first week was hard. I'd spent eighteen months going to bed at five in the morning, so getting up at half five wasn't a small ask. Within a few weeks I was waking at five on my own with no alarm. If I woke at four, I got up and walked further.

Rain, snow, dark, didn't matter. I went every morning.

Not because I'm disciplined - because after a fortnight it was the only hour of the day that was mine.

And the evenings sorted themselves out. Not because I fought them. Because by nine at night I wanted to be in bed, and I wasn't willing to ruin the next morning for the sake of the next hour.

Everything I've built since started there. That's why Week 02 is The Morning, and it's why I won't let you skip it.

What you're agreeing to

This price is for the first ten men, and it comes with a condition. You agree up front to a documented result at week eight - your numbers, and a few honest sentences I can use. If you're not willing to do that, this isn't the right place for you and I'd rather say so now.

Ten places. It closes when they're gone.

Put it next to what it's already costing you. A hundred pounds a week on the thing that's making it worse is £5,200 a year, every year, with nothing at the end of it.

Questions men actually ask

Why is it this cheap?

Because I'm new to coaching as a business and I want ten men through it properly before I put the price where it belongs. You get the same attention for less than it'll ever cost again. I get real feedback and a result I can point at. That's the trade and I'd rather say it plainly than dress it up as a sale.

I've started and quit six things. Why would this be different?

Because the last six didn't have someone reading your check-in every Thursday and writing back. And because you're changing one thing a week rather than everything on Monday. Changing everything on Monday is exactly why the last six lasted nine days.

How much time does it actually take?

Three sessions a week at 45 to 60 minutes, on the days you'll genuinely do them. A check-in on Thursday that takes ten minutes. Four daily habits that take a few minutes each. It's built round a full week, not on top of an empty one.

Do I have to tell you what the thing at the end of the day is?

No. On the onboarding call we agree what you're here for and write it down. You say as much or as little about the rest as you want. This is coaching, not a clinic - and if what you're dealing with is past what coaching should handle on its own, I'll tell you that straight rather than take your money.

Do I have to tell my wife?

No. As far as anyone needs to know, you've got a coach and you're getting in shape. That's true and it's the whole story.

Can I still have a drink or go out?

It's built for a real life with a job, work trips and a social circle. The aim is a structure that holds when you're out, not a list of things you're banned from. And if drink has more of a hold than that, I'll tell you straight and point you somewhere better equipped than me.

What if I fall off in week five?

Expected, and week six is literally about it. You tell me it happened, we work out why, the plan gets adjusted. Going quiet is the only thing that actually breaks this.

What happens after the eight weeks?

You keep what you've built and you're not tied to anything. If you want to carry on working with me there's a way to, but it's a decision you make, not a default you forget to cancel.

What app is it all on?

MyPTHub. Your plan, your food, the check-ins and the messaging are all in one place. Nothing runs through WhatsApp.

Eight weeks, one proper go at it, with someone in your corner who's been where you are.
